We’ve had several great experiences here, however the last two times we’ve brought our kids here for after hours care they haven’t had electricity and haven’t been able to see us. These have been entirely different months (one early in 2026 and one in July of 2026). Seems like there could be a better way to let parents know that rather than them bringing their sick or hurt kids all the way to you only to be told they have to go somewhere else🤷🏼♀ Call before you go to confirm they’re operational.
Had to come in on July 4th, and couldn't have had a nicer experience. Dr. Lesner was so kind and thorough, and Joyce at the front desk went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.
We had a great experience and as luck would have it, we did not have to wait. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. Stacy, the nurse practitioner, really listened and was thorough in her exam.
