I cannot find the words to thank Watermark Urgent Care for their incredible service. I went in for a minor medical issue without insurance, and the care I received was completely free, fast, and top-notch. The doctors and nurses take the time to listen to you, examine you thoroughly, and explain the treatment with great patience. It is an immaculate, organized facility staffed by professionals who have a genuine calling to serve. If you don't have health insurance and need care for an urgent but minor health issue, this is the best place to go in Dallas.
I went there 2 yrs ago after lung cancer- sick and afraid I had pneumonia. They too xrays- even put them on a disc so i could share with my Dr.! Gave me two breathing treatments got me out of distress. The care i got was outstanding- kind, skilled very efficient. I didn't realize they were still there - so glad to see they are. Thank you Watermark you are a blessing!
I visited this clinic a few months ago while I was uninsured and waiting for my work benefits to begin. The check-in process was quick and easy, and I felt genuinely cared for throughout my visit. Everyone on the staff was kind and welcoming, and the clinic was clean and well-maintained.
