The supervisor by the name Abdul was very helpful. We had to do a Rapid PCR test for travelling. After waiting for results at another clinic I was told that the result is inconclusive, the same thing happened at the other location in Frisco. Finally the Plano location of Heal 360 saved us by expediating the test and getting us the result in less then an hour or else we would have missed the flight. Would highly recommend.
Easy registration. Convenient testing in parking lot. However, we had to pit our information in (insurance, personal info etc) three times. Once at initial appointment, then online checkin and then again on paper at the site. Redundant. Once ought to be enough. Overall good service. Recommended.
Great experience today, there was no queue. The lab attendant took the information and then the samples and we were done within 10 minutes. This was a significant improvement from the previous one where I had to wait for 3 hours despite an appointment.
