The customer service at this location is terrible. I made a web appointment. Waited an hour and a half to get call to go in. So I called, the first the the person who answered said is "we called you twice." In a very condescending tone. I said "excuse me." She said it again. I was taken back but answered her. Her tone and line of questioning to people needing care is just ridiculous and I'll never go to that location again due to such terrible treatment before even stepping foot into the door. This location has to do better with customer service.

I am so frustrated with this urgent care facility. It is impossible to get through via phone. After waiting for over an hour just to see the doctor (yes, I checked in online the night before), my provider never sent my prescription to my pharmacy after my appointment, nor did I receive a paper copy, and I tried calling more than a dozen times and could not get through on the phone at all.

Thank you Rachel for her patience. Was sent to the Knox location due a machine at the Uptown location being down. Although she was the only tech working, she still managed to make me feel like the only patient. 5 stars for her as well as the front nurse who's name I did not get.
