CareNow Urgent Care - Oak Lawn provides efficient service, with patients seen quickly and treated with kindness and attention. The team is so helpful and the customer service is exceptional. The medical staff, including doctors and nurses, are attentive, caring, and compassionate. The clinic is clean and well-maintained. The receptionist is incredibly welcoming and kind, helping with all needs and answering questions. The doctors are quick, knowledgeable, and take the time to listen to concerns. Overall the clinic provides a positive and pleasant experience, making it one of the best urgent care centers visited.

I was seen in the hospital ER with little results. I went to the Lemmon Ave location and was seen immediately. Jean Chen NP changed meds, added new ones and 5 days later I am so much better. Very satisfied!
Phenomenal staff and the fact they were able to take my Xray and have it interpreted same day was a huge plus. I can’t recommend this team enough and I shall be using them for all CareNow visits!
The staff and providers were friendly, knowledgeable, and had me in and out in no time. I was extremely impressed with how efficient this office is managed. The nurse practitioner was courteous, sensitive to my needs/vulnerability, and knew best practices. I was a little worried a dog bite would need more care, but it was handled perfectly.
