I checked in online, it was fast and easy. They called, texted, and emailed me when it was time to come in. I was seen quickly, treated respectfully, and everybody was nice. Got my diagnosis and then my prescriptions sent over to my pharmacy. Maybe took 45 minutes all in all. Will for sure go back next time I’m sick. Thanks Lakewood urgent care!

I do not understand the bad reviews. This was AMAZING. I apparently have pneumonia. I was given all the right meds and given the best care by not only the PA, but staff. They genuinely care and listen. I grew up in hospitals and doctors offices. My mom worked in a hospital for 20 years. My dad, grandpa, and uncle were all super high ranking officers. My brother is a paramedic/ chief fire fighter. My maternal grandparents were rns and medics during the Korean War. I know enough to be dangerous and have dealt with a LOT of idiot doctors. Service was fast and the doctor seemed to listen and actually have treatments for everything I was concerned about. Prescriptions were immediately sent so I was able to pick them up shortly after leaving the care clinic. Convenient and helpful.
