I just had a great experience at this ER! The staff vontella, Angela, Dr. Kidwai, Rosemary, Celia, Kelly, Melani, Carlos, were all incredibly friendly and helpful. They made me feel comfortable. I would highly recommend this ER to anyone in need of medical attention. It was an incredible experience from beginning to end! Five stars all the way around!
This urgent care facility was an amazing experience. I had rolled my ankle and broken a bone in my foot while on a business trip, was in a part of Dallas that I do not know staying at a hotel, and I had to find a place that was open in the middle of the night that I felt would be safe for me to go to alone. Not only was the center safe, it was also beautiful and inviting, and the staff was warm and hospitable. I am blessed to have had an opportunity to experience this kind of service and quick medical assistance from experts of this caliber.
I’m glad I chose to go to Advance ER. Mrs. V, receptionist at the front desk, was nice, very welcoming and personable! The staff including Dr. Taha, Angele, Celia, Carlos (CT) and the US tech were all very pleasant, kind and thorough! I would definitely choose to go back if needed and hope I’d see some of the same familiar faces. I was well taken care of and my issues were taken seriously. The interior is very clean, neat and up-to-date as well, with beautiful presentation for patients coming in. The wait time to be seen was less than 30 min!
