I want to take this time to thank Classic Services for the great work they did for us.
Classic Services installed a new Trane, 2.0 Ton, 18 Seer, Heat Pump and WIFI Thermostat. It replaced a failing Lennox 2.5 Ton, Seer 17 unit. They also repaired the other Heat Pump we have installed, a Trane, 4.0 Ton Heat Pump. The price set by Classic Services was LESS than all other HVAC providers we reviewed. We have been in our home 28 years and Classic’s install service was superior to all the HVAC providers we have had.

From the Get-Go I was suspicious that they would actually show up...it was a Friday afternoon and I needed help. Plus, I live in Seguin, several miles from New Braunfels. But George showed up. On time. Got right to it. Took care of it. And the 1st visit was complementary! They have since taken care of my A/C, and are in the process of altering cool air through an old duct to a room that was the hottest in the whole house. And, affordably. I've since recommended them to a friend in Schertz and all my friends around here. They are truly a BLESSING.

So we had a complete HVAC replacement done by classic services and while the sales person was helpful, friendly and the install went smoothly since then we have had the outside unit quit working and stop cooling home three times in four months. While classic has repaired the unit each time it is beyond frustrating having to call them every month to come out and get it up and running.
There has been no long term solution provided at this point and it seems we will keep having to hope everyday that we will continue to have cool air circulating throughout our home.
Really disappointed after spending such a large sum on a necessity in south Texas.

Update.
