HomeFront: Heating and Air provides exceptional service with an honest and reliable team. Customers appreciate the fair pricing and how the team beats competitors. Technicians like Rolando, Chris, Blue, Jesse, and Robert are knowledgeable and detailed, taking the time to explain everything. They go above and beyond, arriving on time, staying late, and coming back the same night to ensure the system runs optimally. One customer had a bad experience with another contractor misdiagnosing their system, but HomeFront provided a second opinion and did a fantastic job with the repairs. Another customer had a PVC pipe relocated quickly and was given the replacement filter sizing and best place to purchase. When there is a problem with an air conditioner, someone always gets back in touch very quickly, and rates are very reasonable. Customers are very happy with the job done and would recommend them and certainly use them again.
HomeFront was timely and professional. Rolando explained everything and provided a great summary of costs. I recommend HomeFront to anyone in the New Braunfels area. You can't go wrong when a contractor brings JOY back into your home.
I can't say enough good things about this team. Chris answered my request for an estimate immediately and showed up the same day. They gave me a very fair price and installed the unit within a couple of days. The work crew was very polite and did nice clean work. I seldom ever get service like this that was a homerun from start to finish. Thanks guys!
The HomeFront team—Chris, Jesse, Rolando, and Blue—was fantastic. I can’t recommend them enough. They were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on solving the problem.
Our AC handler was extremely loud due to poor ductwork from a previous company—so loud that parts of the house would vibrate. We also had uneven airflow throughout the home. Several other companies came out but couldn’t provide a real solution.
