I was interested in replacing a 10 year old heat pump. JWS was recommended by a neighbor who recently had a heat pump replaced.The salesman explained the type of system I have, the issues typically encountered with the system, and solutions to upgrade or replace.I thought JWS was very respectful. Salesman used placemat at door and wore shoe covers throughout the house.

We recently used John Wayne Service Company for HVAC replacement in our home. We are humbled by the level of service and the kindness we experienced from the John Wayne team. Not only from the personnel who worked at our home, but the personnel we dealt with by phone as well. Kindness, helpful, courteous, and good customer service is what we experienced. The John Wayne team really took care of us!! We are customers forever and will refer our family and friends!! We are truly thankful!!
