“I started the process of getting a new AC system by getting bids from 3 different companies. Ryan was the primary contact on the bids from Strategic. We sat down and discussed my goals and objectives for the new system. Ryan performed a physical inspection of the current install. He took notes and pictures and about a day later, I received prices on 3 different configurations, a one speed system, a two-speed system and a variable speed system. All 3 proposals were complete, detailed and included all of the equipment to be installed. The bids were very competitive to the other proposals received. Ryan was easy to contact. He was readily available to discuss any questions that I had. Ryan was well versed and knowledgeable in the differences between the 3 options, the benefits and limitations of each option. I was able to make an informed decision. A decision on the system to be installed was made a price negotiated and the install date was set. Ryan was professional and timely in all of our communications.
The Strategic Air Services install team lead was Chad, with another technician to provide assistance. The install was scheduled for Friday. They arrived at approx. 8:30 and promptly started with the removal of the existing system. Their work was efficient and unobtrusive. The existing system was removed and placed in their vans before noon. The install of the new system went smoothly with the only issue being the install of the zoning system. The issue was related to hardware and fabrication. No major problems just a bit more time than anticipated. Chad told me that it would take them until mid-evening to get the install complete. He gave me the option of completion on Friday evening or Saturday morning. We discussed and a Saturday completion was decided. The Install team left about 5:00- 5:15 on Friday. They returned Saturday at about 8:30 to complete the install. As part of the final walk through Chad helped me setup the network connectivity between my cell phone and the thermostat. Chad also took me up in the attic and pointed out the various pieces of the install, including where, when and how to replace air filters. He then showed me the equipment installed outside and periodic maintenance that I could perform. All in all, a very qualified install team. They were respectful of my time and my house. All work areas were cleaned by the install team prior to leaving on Saturday. They put in the effort and worked without any wasted time or delays. I would definitely recommend Strategic Air Services for consideration if you are looking at install of a new system.“

“I got a hot water recirculation pump with a crossover valve installed on my tankless water heater. Before getting this installed, it took 2 minutes to get hot water to my bathroom. Now it takes about 5 seconds. The price charged was fair and the -lumber was very thorough. I’m very happy with the service.“

“As usual, Elton did a great job! He has been to my home to check my gas heater and air conditioner for many years. Because of his attention to detail the working life of my older unit has been extended by at least a couple of years. Today, Elton did routine winter maintenance, checked for gas leaks, changed the filter and did a small repair on the unit. He is always professional, polite and friendly. I took advantage of signing up for the spring and winter checkups for next year to secure a place in line. When it comes time to replace my air conditioner and gas heater I will get Elton’s input and already plan on having him do the installation.“

They were prompt, extremely knowledgeable, explained the issues in detail, repaired the problem and offered conservative solutions to improve our cooling system (without high pressure!). They fixed 2 of the components that were damaged and then determined that the blower motor needed to be replaced for $1600. I called Ideal Air for a second opinion. Once that year was completed, I have continued with the company and find it well worth the monthly fee: The two major (included) service inspections cover a wide range of home areas that benefit from preventative maintenance, and the service techs often spot other issues that need to be addressed—long before that problem area can cause real damage.
