I came across this company on Facebook after searching for a home maintenance company. I have to say that I was incredibly impressed. The guys that came over were respectful, down to earth, very knowledgeable, helpful and very thorough. Being a homeowner can be rewarding, but also very overwhelming. They lifted a huge chunk of anxiety, knowing that I will be able to rely on them to keep things up to par and will have help when something goes awry. I highly recommend them without hesitation!

Reviews
This is our second year with PreFix. We've had four semi-annual calls and one major job. Each service person was professional, courteous and thorough. The major job was replacing our entire HVAC system and they did a great job. Now that I can't do this maintenance myself, I'm glad I found PreFix.
We've been working with PreFix for almost a year now. They've been prompt, helpful, and are experts at what they do. We look forward to continuing to work with them for all of our home needs.
