Wow, what a lifesaver! Cool Kings AC swooped in like knights in shining armor when we were in a pinch. Our Nest thermostat wiring got accidentally snipped by another contractor during a bathroom remodel, leaving us without heating or cooling control. But Cool Kings AC not only responded promptly to our distress call but also managed to schedule a same-day appointment. Their technician arrived equipped with the necessary tools and expertise, quickly identifying and rewiring the Nest thermostat back to functionality. My furnace went out during the cold snap this week. I called Cool Kings to schedule a service as I had used them before and were honest and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need like other HVAC providers. Levi came out and was awesome and personable. He discussed in detail what was wrong with my furnace and showed me the part that failed. I didn't feel like he was taking advantage of me. I had him check my other system out and said it looked good though a competitorsaid I needed to replace it a year earlier. I highly recommend them. Ask for Levi.

Cool Kings has now become my go-to HVAC company! My client needed them to verify the AC in the home they were about to purchase and they were able to come out the next day, and verified everything about the system, giving my client the confidence they needed to move forward with the purchase of the home. Cool Kings was extremely responsive, put me in touch with the tech that installed the system originally so I could ask him questions and then scheduled the service call for the next morning.
