“Recently, of course on a Saturday afternoon, our AC went out. I called Ideal Air as I have been using Ideal Air for about 20 years. Allen showed up at 9:00 am Sunday morning. Initially, he asked me to send a video of the issue so that he can see if it’s something he can fix. He said he does not want to charge us for a trip if he is unable to help. Very honest man. Many companies would charge $80-150 just for diagnostics. He was able to diagnose the issue through the video I sent him. Meanwhile, another company told me I needed to get a new AC unit for $12,100 and told me it was unfixable. I just replaced my AC unit 3 years ago. Texas Air Care was able to fix it for $850 and even gave my parents a 10% discount. The owner is honest and reliable. Would 10000000% recommend.“
