A great visit with Dr. Chao. Professional, friendly and a warm greeting. This was my first visit and I was impressed. Along with herself and staff, I found the right glasses. Never had a doctor make recommendations for my glasses. That personal touch makes a difference. The staff was friendly and took great care that I found what I needed. 👍
Great experience with this eye doctor. She is very professional, kind, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. The staff who work with her are also very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this office.
This was my first eye doctor visit in years and it was so pleasant. The office is so nice and the staff is so friendly. I learned a lot about my eyes and what certain things mean and I had a lot of fun shopping for eyeglasses. Kaylani definitely helped build my confidence as I shopped for different styles of glasses, as this was my first time being prescribed glasses. Thank you Dr. Chao and your team!
