“About a month ago, my primary care doctor gave me an urgent, same-day referral to this clinic. Because of a slight communication mix-up, I didn't realize the appointment was scheduled for just an hour later. Since it was a 50-minute drive away, I had to rush over as soon as I found out.
To make matters worse, I had to run back home for my insurance card, making me late. I called the clinic in a panic, but even though it was right before their lunchtime, Dr. Mills incredibly kindly assured me that they would wait for me.
When I arrived, there was also a sudden issue regarding my insurance network. However, instead of turning me away, Dr. Mills and the entire staff were exceptionally understanding. They went above and beyond to accommodate my situation and made sure everything was handled smoothly.
I have never experienced such a compassionate, flexible, and caring medical team. I am deeply grateful to Dr. Mills and the staff for turning a stressful day into a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!
