I was having issues with my new glasses. Everyone was wonderful. Dr Shaw took the time to insure my prescription was correct. The technician was great, corrected the frames , twice to insure they were correct. I am to call back in two weeks to let them know things are. I have been a client for years and have always been happy with the service
