Ironically, this whole experience started with ChatGPT.

I asked ChatGPT where I could find someone in Houston who could do quality prescription glasses and custom gradient lenses. It pointed me to Factory Eyeglass Outlet and Alex Atuesta.

Alex took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and recommended that I first see Dr. Sandra E. Collazo for a comprehensive eye exam. That recommendation was spot on. Dr. Collazo was professional, thorough, efficient, and made sure my prescription was exactly right.

After my exam, I returned to Alex and ordered two custom pairs:

• Prada PS 05YS (Black Rubber) with Essilor Transitions, Crizal, and Eyzen lenses for everyday wear.

• Tom Ford Philippe-02 TF999-N with a custom black-to-gray gradient prescription tint for driving.

The results were perfect.

My Prada glasses stay clear indoors and in airports, then automatically darken when I step outside. My Tom Fords became my dedicated driving glasses, and the black-to-gray gradient turned out exactly the way I imagined.

Looking back, it's funny how everything connected together:

ChatGPT → Alex → Dr. Collazo → Perfect Vision.

Everyone involved gave excellent advice, and every recommendation led to the next right decision.
