Vision Source Katy is a clinic that offers good service and convenient Saturday hours. The doctors are professional and kind, and the staff is nice and provides excellent service. The clinic has a knowledgeable and friendly team, with a superb selection of frames. Patients appreciate the thorough eye exams and helpful staff. However, some have experienced issues with the front desk, including disorganization, long wait times, and miscommunication. Despite this, the clinic is highly recommended for its quality care and services.
I really appreciate this clinic with good service and being available on Saturdays. Due to hectic work schedules, I’ve seen three different doctors at this location. All whom are very professional and kind. The staff there are also very nice and provided excellent service. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone.
Dr. Ajour was very thorough and answered all my questions about my eye health during my eye exam. Found a great pair of Prada glasses, and pair of Rayban sunglasses. Staff was helpful and the office was professional.
Great customer service and thorough check up! We needed multiple images done and even follow ups with a specialist and this was all set up that day. Everyone helped us find the right pair of glasses as well as contacts that fit my insurance copays to get the best price.
