“Both ophthalmology (MD) and optometry (OD) services are offered. However, found out certain MD providers do not accept routine eye insurance such as VSP. To get full eye care plus routine care covered by insurance, see the MD and OD separately. Be sure to ask if the provider assistants do not inform prior to services otherwise, you could end up with a surprise bill not covered by your insurance.
In that light, want to recognise Christian V. for his patience and persistence in the billing department to help resolve a glitch related to the above policy. It took almost a full day through researching and back and forth phone calls to resolve but he stayed with us and provided excellent customer service throughout.
