“My experience with the optical department at HEA Woodlands was superb. I have both Medicare Advantage and the Texas vision program, each with varying benefits. My praise is for Vanessa Voisinet who spent over an hour helping me decide on frames and lenses and figure out how to apply my benefits to my choices. With Medicare I had a one-time, post-cataract allowance, and a less generous allowance from Texas. Vanessa work very diligently researching my benefits and figuring how to apply them to my greatest benefit. She saved me a very healthy sum. Her product knowledge, understanding of the arcane world of insurance benefits, and mastery of all the crazy number of choices available made this an awesome customer service experience. In these times when customer service almost everywhere is "not so much", Vanessa delivered big time. Thank you, Vanessa. HEA will be my future choice for all things regarding my eyes.“

I’ve never, not once, gone out of an eye doctor’s office with more confidence in my mind that I will be able to see better. Something has always felt off about my vision and Dr. Roof had the experience and patience to figure it out and work to treat it! He knows his stuff!!! “Stopped by today while visiting the shopping center to look at potential future frames. Soon as I walked in, I was greeted and asked if I needed assistance. Everyone gave inviting vibes, I didn’t get her name but the sales woman that assisted me was very helpful and helped me try on a couple of frames and after falling in love with the frames she was wearing, she assisted me by adding them to my profile to purchase them once I get my up to date prescription. Even though I didn’t make a purchase today I was given great customer service and I’m excited to get my new prescription and get new frames to add to my current Warby Parker collection.“

“Doy S. helped me chose my first pair of glasses and did an excellent job. I was there for almost three hours, having an existential crisis about needing to wear glasses, and he was helpful and friendly the whole time. He was very upfront and honest about how each frame fit my face and whether or not they looked good on me. He was there to help me through the process the whole time and did not seem to try to speed things up or sell me anything I couldn't afford. I'm not sure I would have made it through without his help.“

“I came to this location because it was super close to my home. I needed to get an eye exam, contacts, and glasses all together. I made my appointment over the phone and was seen right away. Quick and easy video chat with the optometrists who was very nice and thorough. Afterward, i had help picking out my glasses since i was indecisive. The associate Alexus and her male colleague (i can't remember his name!) were super kind and helpful and helped me make a final decision. I am very glad that i chose this location and will definitely be back for future appointments!“
