Great experience. Very knowledgeable. They assisted my family with getting the best available price for eyewear and contacts. Contacts and glasses arrived in less than a week. We also added the replacement protection for my son's glasses to cover breakage and it is very reasonable. Very good customer service.

Sarai was very polite and professional with my contacts and eyeglass lenses order. She made sure everything was correct and explained all charges/insurance coverage clearly.Jeannie was equally polite and professional and assisted Sarai with my contacts order to assure everything was correct.They make a great customer service team (as an experienced customer service rep for industrial, commercial and retail enterprises, I know great service when I see it).
