“The ONLY reason I am giving 4 stars is because of your 1 eye doctor, Dr. Beth Spriggins. Let me start by saying, I have been going here for 3 years now. I have seen the other 2 males doctors, and they and so kind, so personal, informative, and I have truly appreciated their warmth and patience. Dr. Beth is night and day compared to them. I wish I would’ve read further reviews about her because it changed my whole opinion of My Eye Dr. 1 person truly can bring down the morale of a store down, and I feel like I witnessed that at the store during my appointment. And speaking from 3 years of experience going here, the rest of staff is incredibly kind, thoughtful, warm, and friendly. Dr. Beth seemed as if she was having a bad day, so I shrugged it off, but reading previous reviews, I am not the first person to call her out for her poor attitude and unfriendly behavior. I’ll come back for the rest of your staff, but will not book with her again.”

She took the time to explain everything to us step by step, answered all of our questions, and helped us understand our options without ever making us feel rushed.
