I really enjoyed going to this eye clinic
Come to find out my old glasses were 2 strong for my eyes so I was happy to know that and found out I had a cataract in my left eye... i enjoyed the receptionist was a great person and I enjoyed being a patient here... loved the dr Dr. Tran was awesome
very happy with my visit. I was delaying seeing the eye dr, mostly beacuse I have kids,and being at doctor's offices waiting when they take too long is not ideal.i was very pleased with dr.Lan she took the time to explain everything I needed to know.the staff was also very pleasant and helpful. and the best I was out in less than 1 hour. I want to add,that I didnt know, they have. machine that takes your eyepicture without having to dilate your eye.
Wait time was just that waiting. Front desk did not inform or apologize for the delay. Once I went to the front desk the receptionist then addressed the tardiness of my appt. She further explained it was the end of the year and that was the cause of the delay. When I finally made it to the back the optician and the Dr greeted me with an apology for the tardiness. Dr and optician were awesome!
