“Prior to attending my first camp (a pop up camp in the parking lot before they were even officially open) at Burn Boot Camp Frisco, I was very strenuously NOT a gym/group workout/weight lifting person AT ALL. Fast forward nearly eight years - and I am still there. The workout is never the same twice, all my body parts get worked out without me having to plan it . . . But it’s really about the people. If I don’t see my Burn Family, my day just isn’t the same.“
