i’ve only had five sessions so far but i look forward to being apart of the spenga fam for the long run. summer at the front is very sweet and all the staff are very welcoming. At my first session they really went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Kaci is my favorite spenga instructor and her classes are fun. i definitely wouldn’t be able to workout that hard on my own and it’s nice being in a judgment free community! defi recc this place to anyone seeking a flexible workout membership :)

A really fantastic studio! they do an incredible job of explaining the work outs and making you feel welcomed. the spin part always kicked my butt yet i still enjoyed the challenge (they record your pace so you can use that as a nice way to see progress and push yourself). And the instructors are very friendly and willing to accommodate.My one and only problem is that its too far away for me, and the classes at my best times are during peak traffic :(

I highly recommend SPENGA if you are looking for a well-rounded workout! I visit the Frisco location and the all the staff from the front desk to the instructors are so warm and welcoming. Having not worked out in a long time, I was nervous about this style class being out of my comfort zone, but the instructors are very supportive and while they encourage you to test your limits, they also direct you to listen to your body and go at a pace that works for you. I actually look forward to working out now!
