Great work out and great community! After trying multiple gyms this is the one I enjoyed the most. Every day is a different type of work out which breaks up the monotony I’ve experienced with most gyms. The people are enthusiastic which feeds my investment and enjoyment. Try it yourself and see, it won’t disappoint.

They had a 7 day free trial period in which I had enrolled in. It was my first time trying group fitness with an instructor. I really liked how each of the employees know who every enrolled member was and when they had started. The exercises were good and helped me gain confidence that I would be able to lose weight

Burn Bootcamp Frisco has been a blessing for my wife and I. We have been apart of the family for about 3 months and have seen great results. The trainers are amazing and supportive and they will push and encourage you to dig deep. We have done our fair share of workouts and workout videos but nothing like Burn. If you are serious about transforming your mind and body please give this place a try you won’t regret it!
