This is my favorite place to go get my eyelashes done they're supposed to last 2 weeks but I've made them last a month. I have very sensitive skin n every time I get my eyebrows done there's no pain everyone is so attentive and delicate. Always taking care of my concerns.
I absolutely LOVE my braids. I stopped by the salon to schedule an appointment. They were able able to get me in the very next day. My appointment was at 8:30. I arrived around 8:15 and was welcomed in. My braider Phillipa has the magic touch. I have a pixie cut and she was able to grip my lil scoop of hair without hurting me. Her hands were light and she worked so quick! All of the ladies were super nice and the salon had an all around warm atmosphere. I will be back again!

I was very pleased with the outcome of the therapy. My only complaint is that when it came to getting the equipment I needed, I was told by one of the therapists “don’t worry, the insurance will cover it”. So I went ahead and proceeded to getting the equipment I needed. Next thing I know I received a bill close to $1,000. The therapist should not have told me everything will be covered by the insurance. They should look into what the patients qualify for before they say anything. I, as well should have done my own research. Learning experience definitely!

First- I like my stylist Ericka, she is always very welcoming, asks every time if I want the same hair style or to change it up, friendly, and double checks to make sure I’m happy with my haircut. She asks if I want the MVP and is not pushy or aggressive about it. She always makes sure to ask for my card to give me points. She just does a great job! Second- the store on Eastlake Blvd, is always clean, tidy and the staff there are welcoming. One of the staff or multiple will welcome you when you enter the store and ask if you have signed in. Great job Ericka and Eastlake staff! Keep up the good work!!

I have been customer of Myong's for over 20 years and have always been treated with respect, kindness, courtesy, friendliness and met with a wonderful smile. Highly skilled in her trade after many years of learning and honing her methods, she provides a fine haircut at a fair price. Starting out as a very busy first come first served walk in shop, she now requires making an appointment, preferably by phone. I have to say, that was a welcomed change having sat for an hour or less for my turn in the past. Give her a chance - you won't be disappointed.

I've appreciated his promptness, his expertise, and also his conversations about the many years he has been in the Lower Valley and has come to know its history and people.

Hands down the best place to get your nails done!! They have many options for pedicures and all of them are amazing. My feet look and feel amazing after any of the pedicures. I usually get dip done on my nails and have never had an issue. I always come in with a picture for inspiration of a design and I am never disappointed. All the techs are talented. The owners are all great people and keep the salon in exquisite condition. The environment is inviting and comfortable. I will never go anywhere else for my nail needs.

Gabriel was amazing! I took my one year old for his first haircut and it was the absolute best experience. Gabriel was so warm and calming to him (and to me ha!) Not one tear was shed- he explained to my baby what he was doing, gave the baby his own comb to hold, and even demonstrated cutting hair on his stuffed animal. He was great at keeping the integrity of the baby curls but giving a nice clean trim. I will be back for my own haircut and style! Thank you so much for such a great experience!

When I booked my first session I was incredibly nervous. I mean; I imagine not many men get their body hair waxed - particularly 67-year old chubby ones. When I called and asked if she accepted male clients she said absolutely. I booked an appointment for arms; underarms, chest/belly; and, legs. The studio (is that the correct term?) was clean, simply decorated, and between it and Brittany; I felt almost calm. She explained everything to me and proceeded to do a dynamite job. I was expeting something like the scene in "The Forty Year Old Virgin" but she is so good there was zero - I mean zero pain and only bery mild discomfort. I’ve known Paulette for about 3 years. I had a procedure called hybrid eyebrows for the first time and I loved the way my face features got adjusted naturally by the work she did on my eyebrows. Her natural creativity and accuracy on her assessment is a plus.
I made a huge mistake in not following up with her on my last eyebrow retouch, I tried someone else and it ended in a disaster that now Paulette is fixing using extreme work such as removing the eyebrow ink by laser… I appreciate her professionalism and expertise!

Just had a Brazilian wax with Itzel and they were WONDERFUL. If you want a thorough and skillful wax, ask for Itzel. They walked me through the wax and provided lovely conversation. The front desk was also kind and patiently accommodated me as a walk-in. The venue was clean, quiet, and also had products/merch on display at the time of my visit.
Vianney has given me thee best experience while going to Waxing the City. Now that I’ve relocated I don’t have to gate-keep my favorite cerologist! I highly recommend her. The ambience and service is wonderful. They also have a unique shop, where I've purchased a variety of clothing many times. The spa amenities are free as long as one is spending above a certain price point. Check with them first. Booking is easy, lots of parking nearby. It's set inside a hip lux hotel in downtown El Paso. The facials here are wonderful.

Went here to get a tattoo the day after Christmas. Gibes did a great job listening and understanding what I wanted, printing out several versions and allowing me to take my time choosing what worked for me. He let me record the entire process and offered me a homemade tamale from their store cookout afterwards. The shop was very welcoming, had great music, and I’m very happy with the ink. Keep in mind that the tattoo is not healed yet in this photo - I just wanted to show the work. Thank you!
I had been wanting to get a tattoo retouched. This particular tattoo had sentimental value, and I had been avoiding changing it up because of who had done the work initially and where I had it done. They did not rush through the process. The equipment used was in good shape except for one of the compressed air hose couplers which leaked a bit. in El Paso, Amy’s company repaired the exterior stucco of
our house and painted the entire exterior. Omar was in
charge of repairs of the flat roofs and installation of a new
material on the roofs and parapets.
Amy and Omar and their crews were consistently very
punctual, always showing up when Amy said they would.
In addition, all the workers were friendly, respectful and
always behaved professionally. They put in long hours,
arriving around 7:00 AM and working until past 4:00, and
sometimes even later. Amy had estimated that it would
take about 6 weeks to do all the work, but there were so
many men on the crews and they worked so efficiently that
the entire job was completed in two weeks!
Amy and Omar were very attentive and came on site at
least once every day, checking with us, answering all of
our questions, updating us on the status of their work, and
supervising the work as it was progressing. If we had any
questions when they were not physically present, we could
either text or call, and both of them were always very
responsive.
The crews cleaned up their work areas every day. They
hauled away the debris from the roof, and took away any
and all garbage that they generated. Even while the work
was ongoing, we never saw a discarded water bottle or
food wrapper on the ground. When the work was
completed, and all the window and door coverings were
removed, they washed all the windows and power-washed
the sidewalks, so that the entire exterior was clean and
beautiful. Even after their contracted work was complete,
Rising Phoenix had a workman return to make stucco
repairs for some minor damage done by another contractor
we had previously hired to do some other work in the yard.
Before selecting Rising Phoenix we obtained competing
bids and researched the work history of all bidders. While
Rising Phoenix was not the lowest bid we received, our
personal contact with Amy and Omar as well as our
investigation into other home owner experiences with
Rising Phoenix, led us to believe that Amy and Omar
were honest and trustworthy. These qualities were very
important to our decision to accept the Rising Phoenix
bid. We can honestly say that every single aspect of their
work on our home affirmed our initial belief about their
character and qualifications. Amy and Omar are
meticulously honest, trustworthy and reliable. In addition,
as warranted, they used quality products and superior
paint. Moreover, the workmanship of their crews was
outstanding.
In summary, we have no reservation in recommending
Rising Phoenix.

We hired Brian and team for 2 jobs. The first was a shower redo to correct a leak in the pan. They took the time to point out why the original shower failed and built it back better. After that we brought them back to do a larger floor re-tile and kitchen renovation. This included repaint of cabinets, a new island, updated living room fireplace and new base boards. His crew did the demo quickly and mitigated dust as we were still living in the back of the house. This cleanup daily was a nice touch and made the whole process much smoother. His team was very detail oriented and showed up on time every day. The subcontractors he used were some of the best I’ve seen and addressed any issues on the spot. He had us back in our kitchen in time for Thanksgiving and our family was impressed with the work. I highly recommend Brian and will be using him again in the future.

We boarded our dog with D’Lux Dog Care for 6 days while we went out of town. They went above and beyond to accommodate him, from addressing his separation anxiety to making him feel at home. We loved being able to see him at all times thanks to the live-streaming cameras and daily photos we were sent! They even sent us updates on him and had a vet tech onsite to look after him. We will 100% be back next time we need to board our dog.

How do I begin to write this haircutting dog grooming shop? All I have to say is that this is a 5+ store shop. I recommend this shop to anyone that has a pet. I do not even live in El Paso, Texas I live in Pennsylvania and I needed an emergency haircut for my dog. I was googling different grooming, shops. I ran into this place and decided to give this place an opportunity to groom my dog.
I love my dog. That’s my life my ride and die and I don’t trust everyone with him.
They were able to accommodate me and get me an appointment right away their Customer Service employees, and everyone in that shop was amazing. When I walked into the shop, the energy felt really good. The dogs were all happy and I will recommend this shop to anyone.
You could tell that the employees there enjoy doing their job they cut your pets here with love.

I love this place, the classes are according to your tolerance of hot, personally I really like the warm yoga class because it is intermediate, it is not so hot and with that temperature it is perfect to have a class with a lot of sweat and an excellent yoga class . We didn’t do the driver ed here so I can’t speak about that. However my daughter had issues with taking the driving test at dps. We went in and they made her feel at ease and helped work everything out. When we left she had passed her driving test and was so happy to have someone care and not be mean and grumpy with her. I can’t thank them enough for making my daughter feel like she was a good driver.

Was a student here. Best class the teacher was amazing and fun. Made it understandable and the driving course had fun instructors. Learned while driving. They helped me understand how to drive and where not mad when I did something wrong. Give me valuable lessons on the road.
Mr. C truly loves teaching his students to be responsible safe drivers. The entire staff, Mr. Ortega, Crystal are excellent. They make you feel comfortable leaving your youth to learn from them.
We had an awesome experience with the driving academy! Not only did they provide thorough and effective instruction, but they walked us step by step through what was required of our teen (we are not Texas residents). My teen felt less nervous being able to take her driving test with them as well. Very satisfied with our experience!
