Border Therapy Services - McCombs is a locally run clinic that helps people of all ages and abilities move better. The clinic has highly-qualified therapists who create personalized treatment plans. Patients appreciate the friendly and cohesive team, from the front desk to clinicians and techs. Everyone is courteous and attentive, making patients feel at ease. The team listens to patients' needs and adjusts exercises if needed. Patients have reported positive experiences, feeling grateful for the help they received, and would highly recommend Border Therapy Services to others. The clinic provides excellent service, helping patients recover and feel their best.
The staff and therapists are all great, super friendly, and encouraging -- they always ask how I'm doing, even if they're not working with me that day. If there are exercises that prove to be a little too tough, they are always quick to help find a way to modify what I'm doing safely and/or find something new.
I arrived in El Paso after receiving bi-lateral knee replacements, cervical spinal fusion, multiple tears in the shoulder joint, and stenosis throughout my spine. I needed a physical therapy team that could put a treatment plan together that took in account multiple injuries with a goal of getting full mobility back. BTS took on the challenge. Their expertise was evident from the start and through physical therapy exercises, manipulation and a positive attitude I am making major gains in achieving a normal physical existence. Thank you BTS team. They are a stellar team.
My experience at Border Therapy has been truly wonderful. Efren took the time to clearly explain what my journey to recovery would look like, and it has been a very positive one. I am so grateful to all the therapists—each of them was caring, supportive, and dedicated to helping me every step of the way.
