Extremely happy with pest defense. Was previously with a local competitor of theirs and whoaaa what a difference in service and professionalism. Mario came out to do the initial eval and walked me by step by step on their process. Pulled the trigger and signed up for our first fumigation. While waiting for our first spray we had 2 snakes pop up in our basement. Mario came out again and thoroughly walked the premises and got his guys to come in to take care of the snakes. A few days later Chris came out to do our first spray defense and I was blown away by his work ethic and professional. Was at house for more than an hour handling his business. The gentleman who usually comes ( every other month) is very helpful and always asks if we're having any issues in particular so he knows where to treat with what. Pet/kid friendly product.Service: Bug & insect extermination

Rudy has been my pest control guy for a while now. He's very friendly, professional, and efficient. Always asks about previous visits and if there's anything concerning. The company is always quick to respond to any concerns outside of my regularly scheduled visits. They are very flexible if I need to push back appointments or have them sooner.
