Walter and his team showed up on time as scheduled for the installation. They got to work immediately. The install is clean and professional looking. Walter is very accommodating and easy to work with.

They did an amazing job. Not only was it a smooth process, but they also were able to fix venting that was done improperly by previous homeowners. Would 100% use them again for any HVAC needs.

First time I had Mr. Cool Air Conditioning for a service. Mr. Walter came in for a free estimate and I decided to move on and replace my furnace with him. Mr. Walter scheduled the replacement on a Saturday, they arrived at 8am and about 12pm they were done. Very professional, they used a carpet protector all the way from the entrance door to the attic and did not mess up with my floor and carpet. He gave me a price up front with no surprises. During the installation he mentioned that the return air box was not required and gave me a discount for not using it, this was a very honest move and I really appreciated it. I really recommend Mr. Cool Air Conditioning.
