Jim honestly assessed the installation problems and did a wonderful job correcting the issues.
Sometimes things don’t always go as planned or smooth and that was kinda the case here but at the end of the day Hart did what they needed to do and took care of me and the customer service was great.

Addressed all my issues, and took the extra time to ensure that I was informed and satisfied with the service. First time dealing with an HVAC company who tried to help my fix my ac issues without trying to upsell me. Keep that up fellas!
