I live in the Richmond, TX area and had a great experience with R Harris A/C & Heating. Two gentlemen came out to service my A/C unit, and they were both extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They took the time to explain what they were doing, answered all of my questions, and made sure everything was working properly.
They were informative, efficient, and right on time, which I really appreciated. It’s refreshing to receive this level of customer service and professionalism.
