I used Thumbtack to contact and schedule Blue Label for AC system maintenance and diagnosing a drip from our secondary drain line. I appreciate their system that confirmed the appointment, and notified me when the technician was on the way. Nick came and inspected our system, explaining where the drains are clogged, and offering a comprehensive unclogging service. I declined this service once I understood what the problem was. We plan to DIY. Once Nick took a look at our AC units he explained that they are leaking refrigerant, and are, in his professional opinion, actually too old to repair, or even clean. I had an outstanding experience with Blue Label Services! J was absolutely fantastic—friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. He took the time to carefully troubleshoot my AC unit, clearly explained everything he found, and even demonstrated what was happening so I could better understand how my system works. I truly appreciated his patience, honesty, and willingness to answer all of my questions.
