David Z. completed the heat safety check on my 2 units. He was polite and professional and went a step above. After he completed his service and was advising me of his findings, he also mentioned that the vent pipe on my tankless water heater was dislodged. We returned to my attic where he showed me what he had discovered. The water heater vent pipe had apparently been dislodged when the roof was replaced several months prior and had been improperly venting into my attic ever since. The vent pipe was repaired that day. Thanks to David my furnaces are ready for the winter AND a potentially dangerous situation involving my water heater has been resolved.

We bought our Air Conditioner a few years ago from Air Depot. We have a very reliable unit so most of our contact with service has been our 6 month checks in the fall and spring. Every one who has come out has been great. Dave was here today. He is friendly, professional and very knowledgeable and on time. Even our dogs like him!!!!!
