Best service person ever! After the freeze, we had mold in the systems. So the mold guy had to turn off all the systems to remove the mold. Yesterday, we had a great technician come out to get the systems back in place. Best service ever!
Highly recommend!! It's hard to find an honest, reliable A/C technician. I had a funky smell coming from my A/C so I called Cool-it Air to come check it out (and was probably just going to do an annual A/C maintenance). They were very accommodating as I had to reschedule a couple times. Vixiene came out timely and gave me some easy tips/tricks to resolve the issue and said I didn't need any maintenance at the time. Saved me time and money and will definitely call them again for any future A/C issues!
