“Our small Church in Dallas needed a gas line ran from the kitchen to the outside where Atmos would connect with their gas line/meter. We contacted US Plumbing and spoke with Alredo Chavez and set up an appt. Mr. Chavez came by the church, looked at the kitchen and where the line needed to be ran through the kitchen into the rafters of the church and then to the outside. Mr. Chavez quoted us a price which was in the thousands and then he turned to my wife and I said that there would be NO cost to the church that he would handle the work Pro Bono. This type of kindess is hard to find anywhere nowadays. Thank you so much Mr. Chavez. Thank you to your crews and the office that assisted us through this. You are all outstanding. The work was quick, seamless and so professional. Once again, thank you so much.“

“Wolfgang was kind enough to come out on a Sunday to check the electrical of our HVAC. We weren’t receiving power to the wall thermostat and therefore it wasn’t turning the unit on. He showed up on time and was very professional. He discovered that our furnace switch in the attic had been turned off (we’re in the middle of selling our home and during one of the showings they inadvertently turned off the system). We had no idea that switch was flipped, or even that the switch in the attic controlled the unit! He was very educational without making us feel dumb - still super embarrassed that he came all the way out for basically no reason. Now that the HVAC is running, it’s still not blowing cold air, so we’re waiting on the HVAC tech to come out and assist. I can only rate my experience on Wolfgang at this time, and will update once the HVAC tech comes and does their thing!

“Cesar is amazing and he did what other technician's wouldn't. He is a tech and someone you could really be friends with. HONESTY or lack of, had been a problem with a couple companies I've dealt with for things needed for the home and for vehicle. Cesar was honest, patient and this is an edit to my review just so I can mention more about him. We were his 6th call on a hot day. Our indoor unit is in the hot attic. He never once acted frustrated with questions, explanations and he just made an impression on me. He was the second technician sent by Copeland to go over what the first one failed to do; it turns out. He left with our air condition working and with a quote for a replacement we will need soon. This company will be a very large and successful nationwide company faster than most companies usually accomplish these things. I usually do not write long detailed comments, but I hope my experience helps someone else make the right choice when deciding who to call for air condition and/or furnace related needs.
