Our small Church in Dallas needed a gas line ran from the kitchen to the outside where Atmos would connect with their gas line/meter. We contacted US Plumbing and spoke with Alredo Chavez and set up an appt. Mr. Chavez came by the church, looked at the kitchen and where the line needed to be ran through the kitchen into the rafters of the church and then to the outside. Mr. Chavez quoted us a price which was in the thousands and then he turned to my wife and I said that there would be NO cost to the church that he would handle the work Pro Bono. I had a great experience with U.S. Plumbing and Remodeling. Their customer service was excellent from the start. I called in the morning, and they were able to send someone out to look at the repairs the very same afternoon, which I really appreciated.
Alfredo was very professional and had great communication skills. He made sure all of my questions were answered and clearly explained everything that needed to be done. The two repairmen who came out were also super nice, professional, and very informative. They took the time to explain the repairs and made sure I understood everything.
