Even after i took the bidet off, the toilet was still leaking around the connection. I called early the next morning, and brendan and ross arrived in less than an hour and got right to work. They fixed the original toilet issue, checked the water line and valve, and even finished installing the bidet correctly. They were fast, efficient, courteous, and professional, and they explained everything in simple terms so i knew what was going on. Any plumbing leak and possible water damage really causes a lot of stress, but herbert and the team made the whole repair process easy and gave me real peace of mind.
