“everett saved us a lot of money with our recent plumbing problem at our house in duncanville. we had a blocked main sewer line that was buried under dirt, making it tough to find and fix. the city and another plumbing company both checked it out, but didn't do anything except tell us the pipe wasn't visible. the other company even quoted us a high price to dig and add a cleanout. everett took a different approach—he checked the neighboring homes to figure out where the pipe might be. then he got to work and found the pipe in about 15 minutes by digging at the front of our house. he was able to clear the line fast and only charged us a few hundred dollars, which was a huge relief compared to what we were quoted before. his hard work and plumbing know-how really helped us out, especially since this issue came up suddenly at my dad's house. the financial relief was a big help during a stressful time. i will definitely be recommending this plumbing service to anyone in duncanville who needs honest, skilled plumbers!“

“I literally can't say enough about this company!! I had called them in desperation, since I had already had a plumber come out earlier in the day,and was told my leaky faucet was a simple fix,but, he couldn't do it right away and they would charge 800.00 !! That was Insane!! So I began my search again, called another local plumber, and didn't get an answer or a return call, sooo ..... third times a Charm !! YESSS!!! Jennifer listened and was so sympathetic towards my situation, she tells me they are busy, but will try to squeeze me in !! She had me take a picture of the faucet to see if Mark could get the exact same thing..and lo and behold within minutes, she texted me and they were able to find it,and said he would be able to get to me at 6:30 pm... he actually made it a little earlier!! He had to do alot more than a simple fix,but was able to get the job done quickly ?, and ohhh so reasonable!! Nowhere near what I was quoted earlier, this guy is the most honest plumber I have Ever dealt with !!! Truly appreciate him and his lovely wife and will always use him from now on !!!
