“Kretz Plumbing did a great job identifying and clearing a sewer line stoppage at our property. Their technician Colby, was quick, professional, and friendly, and even flagged a potential issue on the City side of the service line, offering to talk to the City directly if needed. Reliable, helpful service from start to finish — highly recommend!””
“This plumbing business is a keeper!! I recently had a gas leak and needed immediate repairs. Just like anyone that’s a novice to the plumbing industry, it can be overwhelming to find a company that is trustworthy and transparent. However, Brody and Colby were absolutely wonderful!! These young men, were kind and very genuine. They properly informed me of my situation and didn’t try to upsell me. Which you all know, you’re always on guard of that type of sales tactic. They worked and got the job done in 107 degrees weather, with a smile on their face from the time they got here until the time they left. I would give them 10 stars if I could, simply because I felt like a valued customer!! Thank you for being a good business with good people working for you.”
