Cindy who is the appointment/ project director was nice and scheduled us quickly. Conrado came out the very next morning. He was very knowledgeable and took care of our issue. He educated me during the process and my two units are running great!
Had several services done from a sink repair to locating the sewer line plus getting an estimate for a future project tub change. They arrived promptly. They did the job of finding and the leak and repairing it. They cleaned up and put everything back in place. Both men were friendly and very polite! I would recommend Ben Franklin for all plumbing problems , especially these two gentleman!
