Wolfgang was kind enough to come out on a Sunday to check the electrical of our HVAC. We weren’t receiving power to the wall thermostat and therefore it wasn’t turning the unit on. He showed up on time and was very professional. He discovered that our furnace switch in the attic had been turned off (we’re in the middle of selling our home and during one of the showings they inadvertently turned off the system). We had no idea that switch was flipped, or even that the switch in the attic controlled the unit! Baker Brother’s was an incredible experience! After calling another hvac company that couldn’t get to us for 8 days, we called Baker and Bros and they showed up within 45 minutes of the call and fixed our issue. It will be the only phone call we make moving forward!
Baker Brothers has a broad cadre of technicians who are unfailingly polite, knowledgeable, work diligently and will patiently explain everything to you.
We have used Baker for 3 projects, now. And we're happy with their work.
The most recent project was looking to replace a leaking coil, either with a replacement, upgrade or system replacement.
Where I am not particularly pleased is with their communications. They're a mess.
