Ethan saved us. After both valves to the washing machine blew open and flooded our laundry room, Ethan arrived less than 45 minutes later, promptly diagnosed our issue left by the previous homeowner, and fixed it. I would recommend Ethan and Badgett Bro’s Plumbing to anyone I know.
Both Ethan and Christian are great communicators. Use of camera in sewer with explanation of issues by Christian made the approval of his estimate very easy. Required payment easy as tapping our credit card. Would recommend to anyone needing their services as they both are professional, very knowledgeable in answering our questions as were Terril and Bobby while working in tight spaces to replace our entire sewer system.
Unfortunately, this industry has a reputation. It isn’t good. These guys are really making a difference in changing the way people think of the plumbing industry. They are prompt, on time, friendly, fair price, and they seem to be ethical. This was a Pleasant experience for what it was. I will definitely use them from now on.
