“I recently ran into an issue where my home Warranty, Super, sent another HVAC company (Horizon) to inspect a condensation drip coming from our flue pipe. After claiming it was a roofing issue and providing no information on the claim, I decided to get a second opinion. Luckily, Jason's Air-Tex Services was used for the second opinion and the experience between the two services was night and day. Michael immediately looked at the issue and confirmed that it was NOT in fact a roofing issue and confirmed that it would be covered by the warranty and was able to fix it on the spot. Not only were they able to fix it but Michael was very helpful and did a full check on the furnace to make sure nothing else was wrong.If you want great quality and professional service, I highly recommend Jason's Air-Tex. I had already had another technician from another company come out and inspect my tenants air conditioning unit that stopped working. They quoted me a long list of necessary repairs at a cost of $1400 that would need to be completed first before they could diagnose the issue or ensure the unit could be repaired in lieu of having to get a brand new AC. A reasonable price and best warranty available with an excellent product (gas water heaters - 2). *****************************, the installer, is "an artist" with meticulous planning, total cleanup and turn key finished product. The support staff did an excellent job in customer service from the quote, to scheduling to final billing. I wish my doctor's offices would take notes from these guys. On a followup comment, I told a friend who had been given a total AC replacement cost of $9k+ to check with them to see if they could repair instead of replacing and they diagnosed his problem and restored the heat for $250 AND got it running the next day instead of weeks. They continue to impress - I only hope the integrity with which they guide their whole company is rewarded. “

“So I had about 4 companies come out to try and fix my air conditioning, all of them told me I need a new a/c system.. so I called a friend and she referred me to ambient temp mechanical.. I was so amazed by their work. They’re professional, on time and very effective. I usually don’t write reviews. But this was the least I can do.
