He was very patient with answering all of my questions and his communication is top tier. He lets you know what's happening every step of the way so you're never guessing what's to come. He also worked with our insurance company and asjuster to make everything flow easily. Our deductible was very high but he and the front office found affordable options for us to make a new roof happen. We are beyond grateful for all they've done to make it happen.

I feel it's important to say that as a woman I felt comfortable dealing with José through this whole process on behalf of my elderly Mom. Always respectful, always kind and just overall a good man and human being.

“Ac stopped cooling in 100 degree weather on a Saturday. Nova air was one of many we called for repairs and they responded promptly. They are the business owners responding to calls unlike others who have answering services that do not have access to scheduling. They had the part on hand for the repairs and completed the work reasonably well. We took one star because we had to call them 2x before we got a clear timeline of their arrival time. So communicating with us was lacking. But honest legit family business. Would use them again.“
