Fantastic guy. He came out, found that we had a bad capacitor and had our a/c back up and blowing cold in 15 minutes. The price of the service was very reasonable and fair. I have definitely found my new a/c company.
We had a great experience with Nova Air LLC. Salvador is very knowledgeable, honest, kind, and professional. When I called about our A/C issue, he was willing to come out right away to inspect it, which we really appreciated, especially during the hot weather.
He took the time to explain the problem and answer our questions without making us feel rushed. It’s clear that he cares about his customers and takes pride in his work.
