Was very surprised at their transparent pricing which is actually on their website (this is unheard of!) and the estimator Rick was awesome. I could tell he was really interested in getting me the best unit for my situation which is a smaller house that I plan on either selling or renting out in the in the next 5 years. Never felt like he was trying to upsell me just explained the pros and cons of the unit size as my house had a slightly smaller than recommended unit (former rental) and an instance where there was about $450 of ductwork where it would be best to make it larger to accommodate going from a 3 ton to a 3.5 ton unit. Also mentioned it would be better if decided to sell it for home inspection purposes.

The unit with the small ductwork upgrades I paid just under $10k for would have easily been $13-16k or possible more with a bunch of run around from everyone else. The installers showed up on time and did a great job. They worked around one small snag which a sprinkler head next to the old pad which was going to be in the way over the newer larger unit. They moved it over like 2 feet and ended up working out great. Very happy with everything from start to finish.“
