“I had my AC go out and called CJ just after 5pm. They had a technician at my house 45min later. He identified the problem as a dead capacitor, and was able to replace it then and there. He even worked right through a thunderstorm getting the condensor cleaned off where I'd not kept up with maintenance. Like any call-out service the price of the service hurts the wallet, but I think the charge CJ asked is completely in-line with other contractors and inflation. With the speed and quality of service I was happy to pay.“

“We have been remodeling a new House and the AC has been running way more than usual. We were at the property on a weekend and found that the AC was struggling so I called and left a message with the AI service. Mayne 10 minutes later I received a call from Clint (forgive me please if that is not the correct name) to try and walk me through a quick possible fix (almost worked, just needed more time) When that did not work, we opted to have a service call on Saturday and Jaxon came out 2 hours earlier than expected. He throughly checked EVERYTHING and gave us the thumbs up that the units were good and provided clear steps to ensure we can keep it running smoothly.

“We have had a few AC/heating companies come out and give quotes about changing our air ducts. They all said “ no , you need all new systems”. They said we had mold in the ducts. Just to change those would be over 6 K.
Bruce came out to do our annual inspection. We told him all the issues we heard from the other companies, Bruce said there is dust but no mold. He checked everything inside and out. Nothing.

“On Wed. Jul 29th, I noticed the fan on my HVAC outside was not spinning. I notified my Home Warranty Co the following morning, Jul 30th, and was told the only available appointment is Tue. Aug 4th. With temperatures exceeding 90+°, it became extremely unbearable.
After 2 days of sleepless nights, I contacted Acclaim Air Conditioning Service and spoke with Dave, who came to my rescue within a couple hrs, possibly less. I told Dave what the warranty co said and felt I couldn't make it until the 4th.
Dave checked the unit and found a dead capacilator and replaced it. Not only that but also washed debris from the unit as well. Dave has been my guardian angel this weekend. It's very rare today that people provide that kind of customer service to strangers. Thank you so much Dave! Your kindness is unforgettable. I was not getting hot water out of the faucets even though a brand new heater had been installed a week earlier.
