I just posted this to our Nextdoor neighborhood loop.
Hello Neighbors,
I would like to highly recommend Suburban Heating and AC Co. (right off of Lawnview, 214.381.1127, Since 1967)! The employees, Tracey and Darrin, were very courteous, knowledgeable, fast, provided a warranty and cheaper than quoted! We were highly impressed!
My wife and I had a complete HVAC system put in around 3 years ago from a friend of a friend. Our system's airflow wasn't as cold last month and we had problems getting the installer to call back, so we got two bids. We chose Suburban and they took care of us and went above our expectations! They are great people with excellent service and at a great price! I highly recommend them!
Thanks,
Cody”

I've used Suburban for over 15 years for all of my heating & AC needs. Always dependable and reasonable. Charles and crew will take great care of you!
I have used Suburban for many years. They did complete replacement of both of my HVAC units and some preventive maintenance. I have found them to be honest, reliable and knowledgeable. A bonus is, unlike a lot of companies, they don’t try to upsell or “knock off $100 on today’s visit” if you buy a service contract.
