“I hired them when I had an an AC issue. They were responsive even with a weekend call, came and completed service and said if I decided to get a new unit that they would deduct the service charge from the new unit. I decided to get a new unit and the crew did a fantastic job. They were here all day working in the attic and on side of house, cleaned up after were courteous and meticulous. The owner also stopped in to check on the work. Not only would I hire them again I have already let another friend know of their service during their bidding process and they are also hiring them to fix a coil. “Our air went out today and we called our home warranty provider 3pm, knowing that most places would close at 5PM. PML was assigned to us and closed at 5pm, but Jody at PML tried everything she could to ensure we’d have someone come out same day. By 5PM we were told not to expect anyone until the next day, but a couple of PML team members called at 7:30pm and asked if they could drop in in 20 minutes. By 9:15pm, our air was back up and running. Both had positive attitudes and were pleasant to work with, and we deeply appreciate them taking the time out of their night to head our way and give us a good night’s sleep!“

“This is the best experiance I've ever had with a HVAC repair company. I requested some one as soon as possible and the owner himself showed up within an hour diagnosed my issue and had me up and running an hour later. I'm sure that doesnt always happen but it was fantastic. A couple a years ago I used one of the biggest companies in Dallas and all they wanted to do was sell me a new unit and upcharge me. Quality HVAC not only repaired my unit but cleaned my coils and charged my unit. My A/C is now running great in this Texas heat. I was never so happy to pay for a repair, as I felt it was a great value considering my past experience with the other companies. “Can’t say enough good things about on time experts, especially Dominic! Our AC was not wanting to do its job. Within calling On Time Experts, Dominic was here within the hour. That is from initial call, to dispatch to arrival.He was able to assess and problem solve the situation within a reasonable amount of time.Thanks to our veterans membership, there was no charge for them to come out, no charge to investigate, and they ended up replacing a part under our warrenty at no charge.One recommendation was made to add a surge protector, which was a no brainer to install. Dominic went above and beyond working with his manager to give us discounts, aside from the standard 15% for the veterans membership, but also saved an additional 91.00 getting his manager to approve it as a new install, given our AC was purchased just over a year ago.From time we called it in to my house being cool again was less than 5 hours.“

“John Hill with K&S/Lex air is amazing !! I couldnt sleep last night due to all the wind and finally got to sleep and the wife woke me up saying the house is freezing. The downstairs internal blower was not working. I called K&S and someone was out in 30 minutes. He also found the blower motor was bad. 1 hour later John was back replacing the motor. I had no idea it would get fixed today so very grateful I dont have to go thru my firewood today. Great Service as always !!“

“Great response, same day inspection and installation of new furnace and thermostat. Service reps and workers were very professional and did a quick job. The workmanship was excellent and they were done in around 3 hrs. I plan to use them again next time I need HVAC help“
