I have been a Paschal customer for several years. They are incredibly responsive, and I often get an appt the very next day. I have had HVAC, Plumbing, and electrical services through them. Today I am reviewing the plumbing services. We had an issue with a hot water heater leak. Plumber arrived and had issues with how it was to be repaired. The repair was completed, but the company called and just wanted to send out another plumber (no charge) the next day to double check that all was good. Russell Grimes came, did some minor rearranging of drain, etc to improve safety and efficiency. Explained everything he was doing and why. Walked us through everything. Their work is excellent. They arrive when they say they will, are clean and leave a clean work site when finished. My only complaint is their office communication. You have to dog them to get a call back for any questions. But it's hard to find good contractors, and these people do good work. I would both use them again, and recommend their services.

Robert was excellent. Arrived on time, listened to my concerns, addressed them and completed the work professionally. Explained to me the results of his findings and what work he did. Great job and experience.
